The Diva's Weekly Challenge #167

The Diva today challenged us to tangle a tile using Punzel and Well for her 34th birthday. I love both of these patterns, especially since I was inspired by Helen Williams to do Well a bit more free-style. I still have to practice this a lot to get the flowery look really flowery, but drawing this does give me a Zen. I could do this on an A3 poster for ages and never get bored.


This week I admit I am a bit early, but I can't wait to see all the other submissions! Make sure you have a look, too! Or enter your own tile even!

    Caroona, this is really flowing. I love how you made it so organic instead of so "grid" like. Helen Williams is certainly an inspiration to me too.

    Caroona, you did a great job by making well not so gridlike. I love the flow it gets when you take it out of the grid, and leave your imagination do the rest. Great in combination with punzel. Well done.

    Das sieht richtig gut aus. Super sieht Well auch ohne Raster aus. Ich hätte mich das nicht getraut. Aber das lerne ich noch.

    Nice freehand Well. I was not brave enough to try it. I did do the circle grid. Will be interesting to see how many others were also inspired by Helen's variations.
